Wicked
Above the Flame is a new cigar company as of 2022. Created in the heart of the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) by Karinne Kennedy. The Wicked is a wonderfully smooth cigar. It’s full of complex flavors. It has everything from wood and earthy notes to sweet and spicy.

Mil Dias
Named for the 1,000 days it took to create, Mil Días takes an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and puts it over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers originating from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Peru to create this flavor profile. This four vitola line is a medium-full bodied experience that will have creamy notes of coca, graham cracker, natural sweetness, and a peppery finish.

The Statesman
When Statesman set out to craft its flagship Connecticut blend, it had to be something emblematic of the name "Statesman". Like a statesman of old, something well-rounded, hospitable, and nuanced. Notes of buttered toast, Italian spice, nuttiness and floral, this cigar captures the essence of a Statesman. A cigar perfectly crafted for your every day moments.

HVC Hot Cake
The Hot Cake features a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper, Nicaraguan Corojo ’99 binder grown in Jalapa and Nicaraguan fillers including a leaf of Corojo 2006 Maduro. It’s a rich cigar with notes of dark chocolate, espresso and spice that starts off north of medium before crossing over to full bodied. This cigar is aptly named because it will sell like Hot Cakes.

The King’s Gold
The King’s Gold Cigar this month is the La Hacienda, a fantastic Cubanesque, Warped cigar. La Hacienda bridges the gap between early 1900’s brand and the modernistic demands of today’s cigar smoker. Offering a medium bodied experience with notes of leather, pistachio, earthiness, citrus, and white pepper.
